ARGH!! i forgot the persona for the outfit gosh im suck a scatterbrain! lol well here it is:
Undershirt: its a basic white shirt can be either short sleeved or long for winter days.
Vest: is of a dark blue color and it wrapes around the back.
Tie: is blue on white can be opposite color is an option.
skirt: is light blue and can have a pattern on it if wanting it.
Overjacket: is a darker blue but not as dark as the vest/doesnt have to be worn all the time especially during spring/summer times.
Socks: are simple and are as dark a blue as the vest underneath optional/can have also designs like on the tie. Shoes: any shoe willl do as long as it looks good.

Likes: eating alot!!, wearing kimonos, and doing gymnastics (like in Kaleido star =))

Personality: She is quiet most of the time, but when the time does arize she will stand up for what she believes in even if everyone thinks she's wrong.
oh and by the by, kibachick9, PLEASE OH PLEASE keep my persona (Thirteen) her EVIL and KILLER self attitude! I don't want her to be too feminine! Let her torture people with sarcasms and stabbing insults! PWUEASE!! >< sorry... evil is my thing XD. but if you're not allowed violence and gore in your manga, it's okay with me.
by the way, i've won 3rd place in your previous challenge... does my character will still be in your manga or should i draw again and maybe another character?? coz i'm a bit confused. I'm the kind of girl who can't reject a challenge like this... hehehehe XD

Why do the girls costume look way better than the guys? Hmm...going to have to add some more accesorries!!! XD...-__-...unless that isnt allowed?
