Nope to both: the picture can be of any medium and the lyric can be of anything you think is appropriate for the picture. ^^

I have two questions:3
1. Does the picture have to be anime/manga?
2. Do the lyrics have to be about autumn as well?
I might give it a try if I can find time..^^ I think it's a very nice challenge, especially since I love autumn so much^^
