So, for this challenge what I would like you to do is draw a darker version of a fairy tale. You can draw any fairy tale you like, including obscure ones, and also including things that aren't technically "fairy tales" but are well-known, like Alice in Wonderland or The Wizard of Oz. Mostly, I just want you to pick a story and draw a creepy, convoluted version of it. A good example of this is the recent movie version of Alice in Wonderland if you have seen it (the one by Tim Burton with Johnny Depp as the mad hatter). Your picture can be of the main characters (or just your favorite characters perhaps?), or a scene in the (revised) story, etc etc etc.
In your description, please include what story you are drawing from, and some background information on your twisted version of the story and characters.
And here come the NO OMIGOSH DON'T SAY IT

Now I might draw these for you myself, but since I am not a great artist and I am a world-class procrastinator, I might persuade my friend into drawing them instead.... (don't worry, she's a much better artist than me).
Tips for winning:
1. Put lots of detail and effort into it!
2. Make it creepy! I am judging the entries on how dark and twisted they are.
3. Gothic-style art is always lots of fun.
4. And...... enjoy drawing it!!!
You have two months. READYSETONYOURMARKGO!
EDIT: Someone asked me if they could put more than one fairytale into one entry, so I just wanted to say that yes you can do that too. Sorry for not clarifying earlier, I never thought of that before.
EDIT EDIT!!!!: So this challenge is finished now, but I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who entered. :) I had a hard time deciding the winners because there were so many good entries! I hope you all had fun with this challenge!
