It's quite simple, draw a lolita dress! It doesn't matter who's wearing it, as long as it's lolita! You can submit as many entries as you want, but only one will win.

What am I looking for?
-Creativity! I will disqualify anyone who copies a dress design from a brand! For example, don't draw that Angelic Pretty jumperskirt from the Tiara Rose series, I want original designs! But I also want thought put into the dress, don't throw stuff together. Make something someone would actually wear.
-Color! You don't have to color the picture, but it will score you points!
-Love! Put in atleast some effort in it, please?
