And so winter is upon us. (Or summer if you live in Australia.) The days are darker, the weather is dreary and, by 'eck, if it isn't a wee bit nippy.

So, what's the challenge?

I figured everyone would want a head start on a Christmas challenge this year. Yes, I know Halloween hasn't gone yet, but it's good to be prepared. PLus, it gives you twice as long to finish your piece.

OK, what are the rules?

Create a piece of art depicting what Christmas/Yule means to you personally. You can draw you and your family, your friends here on TheO, your OC, or have your favourite characters in place of them.

It can be digital, traditional, colour or black and white, so long as you add a description explaining the image it's all good.

Feel free to dedicate it to a friend.

How long have I got?

You have 2 whole months! That's just enough for the Christmas period.

What do I get?

Hopefully, that warm, fuzzy feeling when thinking about what Christmas/Yule means to you. But, the 3 top posts will get the usual gold medals to display on their profile and the top 3 will also get one piece of black and white line art of their OC, them, or a favourite character. (And yes, you can even colour it if you wish.)
