It came out very nice indeed! It's surprisingly difficult to have so many character in one piece, neh? The coloring came out great! I love that each one has a difference color scheme going on but it still manages to work together!

The wrinkles in the clothing are also nicely done!

The ooooooooone thing that I think you need to work on is the whole 'one eye showing' thing. Often, when you have one eye like that, the other is being covered by the hair or in such deep shadows that it gives the appearance of it being there but just...well, cast in shadows. So yeah, cover it up a little more with hair and/or create darker shadows is my recommendation.
