    yeah I know O///O lol - I try to not do that so much, but sometimes I don't like leaving things unexplained, like it's like assuming that the other person will figure it out, when you never know if someone won't get the method to your madness, lol.

    Loveless...??? lol, sorry, not heard of it, but still, I really don't like it, it looks like she's cosplaying, and she's not, she's actually attached to the ears...hopefully no one will try to pull them off! o_O lol XD

    lol, thanks, yeah, actually I kind of like the idea of her looking very serious, but the ears and tail would always make for a sort of minus to that, appearing slightly comical. It would make an opening for it being a pet-peeve of hers of people not taking her seriously for it, it'd be like "o_O dude...whatever you do, never EVER make fun of the ears or tail..."

    and yeah, it's fine if you use the abstract background idea, it's not mine at all, it's something professionals use all the time for quick images. My character design teacher made a good point as to why they don't just leave it blank, it's all about presentation in the industry, so it stands to reason to make the pictures "pretty" with at least SOMETHING other than the white page behind them. lol

    the idea of this background was sort of a gesture of sky with wispy clouds - since she's a pilot/ secret air force commander...thing...LONG story.

    Hahaha, she has this serious appearance but it looks like her tail is wagging. X3

    Anyway, greatly coloured and shaded! And I like how you've drawn her tail. It looks really fluffy because it doesn't have a contour like the rest of the drawing.

    And great idea! The next time I draw and don't know what to do with the background, I won't let it white either! I hope you don't mind if I use your idea. ^__^'

    @WerewolfShinobi:

    OH NO!!! O_O I drew the human ears without even thinking!!! Crap...I'll have to trace it and make a redo...-__-'
    as far as the wolf ears she was SUPPOSED to have, I didn't realize they were that far back until it was to late - I had already inked it, but there were a lot of sketch lines so when I erased, I was like "Crap...followed the wrong lines! >.<" so yeah, as it comes across in the description, I was rushed to submit it before hitting a friend's house for the 4th, so I didn't look it over as well as I normally would.
    ...can't believe I did the human ears, and never noticed it all through inking and everything *face palm* well at least someone saw it, I'll delete this copy then when I get the chance and hopefully post the redo soon.

    Human ears and Wolf ears? Why are the Wolf ones so far back also? Rest looks good though, she does look like a mother for some reason.

    I saw this quickly from browsing, and I was like... WOAH! Awesome proportions! You really captured the anatomy well in this picture, something that I think a lot of realist-anime artists struggle with. Great shading too! Love her forlorn face..

    Overall beautiful job!
