WOW, wow, wow, this is niiice, very impressive, the only thing I will point out is the right arm, its not to proportion with the left arm. But still nice.

Her hands ,and especially her left one , they look like I've never seen a hand in my life; lines are all really bad , I'm still not used to drawing with that thingy (rapidograf); it is really different from the original scan, just look at the hair or at anything for that matter...And I think I should stop there ^^;

Good drawing, what fails are you talking about? Her arm may look skinny (wait, you didn't mention this in your description..? ..sorry.. xDD) but it still looks amazing!! :D
Hah, but seriously, I am not joking.^^ Fail would be if you actually drew back from how you actually were before. This looks very good, the shading, everything. Also the lines, they are pretty smooth. :3
