My third Studio Ghibli character fan art. Of course I had to do Howl from Howl's Moving Castle. ^_^ He's so cute. I was glad that I was able to pull this one off in MS Paint. Again. I tried to do the scene from where he is in the meadow with Sophie and hears one of the enemy aircraft in the distance.
