Her FINAL form for Kingdom Hearts II. I don't know how she gets this form, yet. But the reason why she's a demon, is because, back in Kingdom Hearts 1 I had Yukina be taken over by darkness, so her heart is no longer pure. So now she has an inner demon inside her.
