Just some random, failed idea I had. I never finished this drawing because the whole point of it was to draw Hiei with weird hair and DRAGON WINGS! (After I inked it, I discovered that I FORGOT the wings. T.T) Also, I'm holding a contest to see who can draw my oc's the best. NOTE: not really the best because the entries will be judged by uniqueness, creativity, and effort! (Sorry, I'm new at this.^^;;) I like to see other people's drawing styles, and even more so when my oc's are drawn in different styles.
