This is what happens when I try to be creative and FAIL. Done in PaintTool SAI. Used the marker tool for A LOT, airbrushed shadows, pen for more precise work and...watercolor tool for highlights. So... "snake" and "aquatic" apparently wasn't enough for me to work off of...I think it has legs (hence the paw/thing being lifted) but it can't survive out of the water for long. Snakey-like...amphibian. No, you are not seeing things. The fang bits are translucent. I gave it photophores on it's face, it can control them. Originally I wanted it to be a yellow color but then decided I wanted it to blend in with the swampy waters. Teeth design was yanked from the Viper Fish, spiked skinbits taken from the Eyelash Viper (very...vipery...)... I wanted to give it the luminous comb rows trailing from it's face that the Ctenophore has, but it didn't look right...so they trail from it's elbows and are currently hidden by the murky waters. Though more tentacle-like, it can control their movement... I..have no idea, guys. u_u I seriously suck.
