AH! This is one of my Otaku Senshi. It's Queen Nehellenia as Sailor Dark Moon. Since she was the queen of the dark moon. Get it? Queen Nehellenia was always my FAVORITE villain, so it only makes sense to make her one of the sailor senshi. I've always imagined her being re-born in the 30th century, and being just a bit older than Chibi-usa. I don't think Chibi-usa would like her very much. Neither would Hotaru, I think...
