When Okoi's bankai is released, hell's doors open and Cerberus the guardian of the gate to hell, appears in front of the enemy ready to fight and kill. For close-combats, a pair of blades or knives materialize, these blades are controlled by Okoi's bracelets...

Okoi's Bankai is really dangerous to release, that's why Yamamoto-sama forbade her releasing the Bankai, and it's training her.
