Yeaaa, another practice^w^;;
This time, I started much simpler. Just an eye^ ^ Who's eye? Maybe Kiyoko Valentine's *shrugs* Anyhow, I started to pay around with MS Paint and added that spray can thingy around the eye and then made the rest of the space black. Then I decided to actually color the eye[not successful like I had hoped, but it's a start^ ^;;]and lastly the pretty font :]

Hmmm...the eye is an experiment eye~ I've been drawing that type of eye for a bit now :] And I really like it^ ^[When I draw it on paper^w^;;...] Hopefully it'll improve in time :> Huzzah~~~~~
And the words?? Meh. They came to me when I was looking at the eye after I drew it with ze mouse. Reason being: The eye looks like a confused and lost eye. Plain and simple~! =]
