This is NYA-Fae, otherwise knows as NYA-F or Fae. She is a catgirl, because so many catgirls exist in anime that they have their own genre and works. How else can this reprresnt anime? Well, as you may see, she is quite colourful, and most anime is full of rich and vivid colour. But how can this represent New York? Fae is a rainbow, a crusader for gay rights, of which NYC can be a pioneering capital. Also, she is (of course) part cat. There are over 6 billion cats, dogs, ect. in NYC ALONE. (help with the pet population! adopt a catgirl!) Fae is also very eccentric and eclectic; NYC is known for some of its characters.
