EDIT: EPIC unexpected WIN! - out of four overall placement spots - Grand, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd - this one went 1st! it's like, Reserve best in Show XD, it also went best of the three designs for this avvie, as did my other entry for this contest, in the catagory for that avvie.

actually, I'm not sure if this was supposed to be a "Ringmaster" (or "Mistress" in this case) theme or what, but that's what I interpreted it as. and no, I am not implying that she uses that whip on the horse, in my mind it's there for show and cracking purposes only...course the Horse looks a little sinister with the red eyes and all, so perhaps it's not a horse at all, but a demon of some sort - which is kind of an implication here if you look at the tabs, I thought this character look like one of those dark acts-sorta-nice-to-your-face-but-is-actually-evil types, so yeah.
it was weird, I've never drawn a character with a skirt that short! lol but like I said, she's kind of an antagonistic type so it works here.
this is actually my second entry for this contest, I'll be posting the first shortly, And I am glad I made this one as well, it came out much better than the first in my opinion.
