Enrico Diluca, the assistant of High Octane's eastern leader, and Rhapsody Safina, assistant of the organization's western leader. They're rivals in just about everything they do and at times can't stand each other. It doesn't help that they're half siblings, and Enrico often resents his older sister for being more powerful than he is.
