YAY! ^ ^ I made me own version of the Otaku hat thing mascot! ^ ^ It's a magical girl. Her normal version is Moe-chan, and her transformation is into Otaku-chan. I actually just made this because I wanted to make a fan transformation animation, and I didn't want to use me Sailor Moon OCs, so I decided to make something theotaku related, so I created this version of ze mascot.

I'm thinking on how the animation will play out...what will she transform with? What song should be the transformation theme?
