The first of my (so far) two state-tans: Utah.

Why did I make a Utah before I made a character of my home state (Arizona)? I have little to no clue - but then they were actually drawn at the same time (their concept pics was a group pic of the two of them, but I decided not to upload that one). As it is I was initially against actually drawing out this idea, but meh... if you think plot bunnies are persistent, they are NOTHING compared to art fairies sometimes.

Fun facts! ^^
-Originally she only had a ponytail rather than pigtails. But for some reason when working on this, the pigtail idea came up and would not leave me alone! I told you, art fairies are persistent!
-Despite being a part of the US, she never really had met Alfred until the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. However she was introduced to Arthur (England) once before that.
