This is for RazingPhoenix. :D Kaze is an ESPer that she created for our RP at the proboards for The SOS Brigade. :D

Originally, I wanted to draw a guy and practice some anatomy. In the end, I thought, "Hey, I just drew Haru-chan and this guy looks kinda like how I envision Kaze! :D Let's make it him!" XD So, yes, this is how he came about.
