its early for halloween but the egl community is having a banner art contest for october, and since halloween is in oct, i thought it would be a good idea to draw a lolita halloween costume, without it looking too ita or costume-y. i think art-wise, it turned out well. i am going to enter this into the contest so please tell me what you think!
