A rough of a scene of an idea i had for a One Piece story, another one.

This mermaid has a secret and she's toting around a devil fruit. I haven't given her a name though.

I haven't seen alot of mermaids in the one piece manga or anime, just camie and a few statues at Arlong Park. I would like to see more.
