Oshiro Ren, from my manga, Koden. She is wearing a style from the Tang Dynasty. It is what a noble or princess would wear (though she is neither).

The Tang Dynasty was an explosion of culture and art in ancient China, and one of their most glorious. The style still retained some of the elements from the Han style, but became more elaborate, elegant, and poised. The style changed often, which kept it thriving and very unique. The style was compared to exotic flowers, and the materials used were high-quality and luxurious.

The Tang Dynasty was founded by Li Yuan and lasted from 618 to 907.
