This one's been in my mind for a VERY long time XD
And I finally finished her up, anyway, this here be Turkmenistan, or if you ever feel like going by her human name(which I do a lot),Asli Yildic

Asli is the younger sister of Sadiq(Turkey)(Both being Turkic countries), however, the two haven't met eachother until after Asli got her independance and Sadiq was no longer known as the Ottoman Empire. When Asli was younger, she had been conquered by Ivan(Russia). During the time she was with him, she learned about his culture and language. Asli was rather reluctant to learn, but wanting to be good to Ivan, she kept learning.
However, later on she didn't want to depend on Ivan, and after fighting, she got her independance(Asli also wanted to meet Sadiq).
Asli couldn't manage to see Sadiq for sometime, but soon enough, the two finally met face-to-face.
Asli still speaks to Ivan, though she hopes he's not mad at her.

Sadiq Adnan(Turkey)
Sadiq is Asli's older brother, but never managed to really meet her until after he was no longer known as the Ottoman Empire, and she got her independance from Russia. The two share a bit of a bond, Sadiq is friendly toward her, and Asli cares very much for her brother. She's also attempted to back him up during any arguments with Heracles(she dislikes Heracles, she's somehow a bit convinced Heracles doesn't mean anything harsh he says and cares for Sadiq a bit XD)

Ivan Braginski(Russia)
Asli had learned a lot of his culture, language, too. She never seems to get scared when Ivan starts acting creepy, most likely because A.She knows he's acting like this, but is used to it/capble of ignoring it or B.She actually is a bit creepy herself(Some claim she does have a creepy side from him, Heracles says she was always crazy, Ivan only made her even crazier).

Aaaand yeah, I'm gonna stop now because this is getting too long...
And yes, when she says she wants to see "him" again, she's talking about Sadiq
Oh, Asli's also convinced Cyprus(or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) is Sadiq and Heracles's lovechild(though EVERYONE knows that Greece conceived Cyprus after Turkey(back when he was the Ottoman Empire)invaded his vital regions!
