heeeey ! i made this for the dream outfit challenge by strawberry uriko! go check it out!
so im very sorry, i know you said no frills and stuff like that, but hey :) its more like a ton of pleating
so she has an under dress which is plain and black, kind of ends as a pencil skirt. then, she has the next layer which is my multiple pleats, that is the lightest blue, and it kind of makes its way down from the neck, to the bottom, after, we have a layer that is the darker blue, with that navy blue kind of peeking out, and yeah. the sleave part can or cannot be attached, up to you. it was kind of quick, but i think i like it. though it is something i really like, if you had made a challenge saying the outfit you would prefer to wear everyday, then it would be much different xD have fun!
