The basic idea of this pic is how America (and Russia) pretty much took and used Germany's rocket technology to go out to space, and the fact you don't see these two together often in APH even though the two countries interact constantly in reality.

I plan to make another pic related to this, with Russia and Germany's older brother Prussia instead (since Prussia also represents East Germany). XD
