This one is an Absol, whom of which is performing the move 'perish song'

For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, perish song will cause the foe to faint in three turns, also bringing the user down with it.

Of course, it doesn't affect you if you just switch out =D

(I always abuse this with the elite four...)
