These are my OCs from my (sort of tragic) book. It's a story about friendship and love. I only drew three of the four main characters from that book: Laurie(left), Anne and Joel.

Anyway... here's a little bit about my drawing. When I first saw this challenge I wanted to draw Katsuo and his friends having fun, since Katsuo is my fav OC :)
But these days I thought about the title of the challenge: "Your OC and friendship!" and I came up with this drawing. Here is why I gave up on the "OCs having fun" idea: friendship is about having fun, hanging out and laugh, BUT only a true friend is there when you need one. A true friend shows up when you're in pain, he/she cries with you and/or supports you. Friends are the ones who can tell you that everything is going to be alright.

Now the title... "This is what are friends for!" - this is what a friend of mine told me many years ago and I still keep those words in my mind. As I already said, friends are always there to support you.
