Hooray for Prussia! X3

Man, I really like this character, apart from North Italy from Hetalia :D There's nothing much to say here, except that I'm truly sorry for the flag ^^" Yeah, I've been a bit lazy to do the proper flag of Prussia. But uh, I still hope you guys like it, despite the flaw.
