This is the full version of the previous "!!Important!!" picci. Well, the top is a lil bit cut off, but that´s due to the scanner. Stupid thing! Well, I could have given a thought while drawing...o///.///o`` But since you already have the upper part in it´s fullest it´s not that big deal.
The title comes from the first bubble of the third panel. Saizou says "Wirklich?" and that means "really". Easy way of thinking, right? LOL
