This is Mew's female form.

In my Pokemon fan comic, Mew is the Legendary that the characters run into. As a genderless Pokemon with the ability to transform Mew has a girl form and a boy form.

Mew is also the only human-Pokemon that wasn't actually part human it just saw the others and thought it would be fun to transform!
