The doctor wished really really hard and this is what happend!

Hi! This was ment to be some kind of sailor moon type of thing, but it turns out I don't know anything about sailor moon, so it was meant to be something like the power puff girls but I don't know enough about them so its just turned into this. . . sorry! It was meant to be for the girl power challenge but I miss read something and have made a mistake but I'm now able to dedicate this to fellow doctor who fan, TimeChaser!

So this is Romana 2, Dr River Song, and Idris (human TARDIS). Sarah Jane was meant to be in there with them but unfortunally I can't bring myself to draw her! sorry!
