This is Aveon.

Of course it is a flying type pokemon. It evolves when it is over an altitude of 20,000 feet or higher and levels up. Because Eevee’s are predominately from the lowlands, Aveon is an extremely rare evolution. They are Brown with white under bellies though there are some that are fully white. And of course the name came from the word aviation.

Aveon: Likes to stay near the high peaks of where it evolved. It will go to lower altitude to hunt in times of scarcity. It will pounce from the sky to catch its pray off guard.
