So yes I thought about changing Hoom's outfit and this is the result hehe umm the jacket was supposed to be of leather XD but I couldn't get that effect ....and I'm aware one of her eyes is odd >>

But I hope you like it :D

Now, thanks to Kro because she was the one who gave me ideas for her outfit and also for the little change on her hair :D

So, one of her back bones is not visible because of the jacket and the bones on her feet ...they dissapeared because recently Hoom was involved in an accident soo yesh, they broke when that happened :B...........and also she got another new pin , this time of a Spain flag color :P
