I got the saying from a video on youtube called CodeMENT :D And was inspired to draw my OC Seishin since he has purple eyes.
The guy next to him is named Lian (lee-en) He's a new OC of mine, based on Russian Flower's boy self. (Whoo for genderbenders!)
This may look a bit odd but that's cause I had to resize it :P
