I FINISHED AFTER NEARLY A YEAR 8D

This was lying around in my WIP folder for a loooong time and only got to finish it recently. OTL;;

This may the be first time I drew water, I think. Bended water. 8D

I know the arms needs to be fixed, but leave it like that for now.

I'm loving the hair. 8D
