Okay, here's my entry X3 I call him "Neo Spikey." There's a story to go with this, but it's very late and I'll have to put it up tomorrow (today). I'll update with the link to it, then. =3 But here's a brief clip:

"In a world where the opressive organization OtaKira has abolished all things anime and manga, one man will rise up to return what's rightfully ours... In 2012, Neo Spikey and his robotic companions, THEObots, will lead the charge in the otakulypse and take down OtaKira... A new page in otakudom has been inked... and Neo Spikey will make sure all otaku are free to read it."
