Anyways, presenting the Tiger!!

While Raikou was probably the more obvious legendary beast for this zodiac, I chose Entei because to me it has always seemed the most vicious and powerful of the beasts. It might also be because I have a thing for Fire types...

With a Johto legendary, I wanted a Johto villain. I know that Neo-Team Rocket doesn't really go after the legendaries (at least, not in the games), but I still thought Archer was a good fit for Entei. Archer is still young and ambitious (as opposed to Giovanni, ha) and has a lot of fire in him. Fire, see what I did there? :D But yeah, I figured that he matched with Entei very well.

I'm actually kind of proud of this ^^;
