For MissPuppettear's 'Blue Dress' challenge, I decided to draw this Blue Fairy of Pinocchio fame. She's holding the little wooden marionette and I like to think she's cradling it and singing to it like a real child. Her dress is a light blue bodice and train with a royal blue skirt and black-gold accents. I tried to do some blush on the cheeks kinda how Disney did with Snow White and she's rocking some 80s-style blue eyeshadiw (well, she's the Blue Fairy.) And then shes got silver and blue wings.
