My fourth and last "outer" scout Flora. I drew this myself (not traced) from a few reference pictures... the hair I drew myself.

Medium: 0.5 mm mechanical pencil followed by an outline in a fine ink pen, pencil crayons + marker, and cleanup with GIMP 2.

I have posted the front cover of my Sailor Moon manga which will have these characters in it.
