Happy Birthday to my awesome friend, blackwings! This is her beautiful OC, Omara. This lovely lady is a non-bender from Legend of Korra world who worked as a chi-blocker for Amon for a time. Eventually she found she had some very different views from the Equalists, and they cut her throat to destroy her voice and keep her from spreading her opinion.
