So this is going to be Peter's final look when he finally evolves into his final evolution. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted him to look like for his final evolution. Since he's blind I was debating on him going through a surgery after his final evolution to be able to see again. What do you all think? my little birdy all grown up! Not really he'll still be as sarcastic as ever! XD
