As I was re-watching Hetalia: Beautiful World, I REALLY got excited over Holland's handsomeness and wanted it for a new laptop wallpaper.
Of course, it's rather difficult to find one of him.

So, my I followed my motto: when unavailable, DIY!

I really wanted to draw that irritated look of his X3 And I'm very pleased with how the coloring turned out!
The light effect looks pretty good, too.
Yeah, this'll be my wallpaper for a while.
