Can't give much of a statement about it, but its Princess Nia (after timeskip) from "Gurren Lagann."

Love those little pink crosses in her eyes, that feature always stood out to me (most people say its the hair, but those eyes).

Don't want this to be my only entry, but a whole lot has been going on so for now this is all I can give. Hope you enjoy.
