For envythejealous' challenge, "Redraw It", here's a re-draw of this scene from Eternal Rain. I drew the original picture when I was still heavily working on the main series, and even the one I submitted here for JingleStansChibi's challenge in 2009 was a redraw. XD

Little snippet for a glimpse at what's going on:
Toki didn’t have time to think. Didn’t have time to try to run. “REKA, GET DOWN!” she shouted. Toki dove over Reka and shielded him with her back. She squinted her eyes shut and braced herself for the worst.
But the worst didn’t come. Instead, it was the soldiers she heard yelling in frustration. When her eyes opened, her pendant was glowing. She released Reka and slowly sat up. A strange dome of light shone overhead. She and Reka were not the only ones within its protective reach; Kita was also sitting and gaping a couple of feet away.
“How did you do that?” Kita asked.
“I – I made that?”
