I don't know the character/series, but I like his design. This scan seemed to be different from all the others with him, so I though I'd use it.

I didn't do much to the scan, because I would have ruined it. Extracted it, adjusted the colours, used a pattern (that's barely visible anyway) over it.

I might submit another entry.

And maybe I should stop using the life/time themes for a while.
