Delaying the Ink Hitting the Page, As It Were
According to reports, Zac Efron stated that while he has had meetings about an apparent live-action American remake of the Death Note series, it's "not on the front burner" for now. There hasn't been any other info released on if or when the film will actually be made, nor other possible stars besides Efron. Source Link
