It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time
A new app developed by a group called "Not So Basement" appeared in the Apple App Store Tuesday that allows users to download scanlated manga titles to their iPods, iPhones and iPads. To add to the problem, most of the titles it offers are already licensed and the sites it draws from haven't given permission for the app to access their archives.
