How Serious Are Anime Fans In Japan? This Serious
Sometimes, we forget how hardcore Japanese anime fans can be. Then we get a reminder like this. The staff for the B Gata H Kei anime have apparently been receiving letters from fans regarding dissatisfaction with the anime's presentation and content, threatening violence if the staff doesn't respond. The studio put up a response on its web site stating a production committee is responsible for the content and the matter of the letters has been reported to the police.
